Hints for Recycling
- Garbage: clear bags only. If you have bags that are basically clear but have a small amount of print on them, ask the attendant before using them.
- Newspapers: in box or paper bags. During winter months, you may tie in bundles.
- Magazines and Mixed Paper: in box or bag
- Cardboard: broken down. Pieces should be no larger than 30" x 60" (2.5 ft x 5 ft).
- Plastic Bottles: no tops. Do not mix glass or cans.
- Tin and Aluminum: remove labels. Do not mix plastic or glass.
- Glass: separate by color. Clear, green, brown. Do not mix with plastic or tin.
